Nordstil: Gifts with a twist for foodies

15 Jul 2024

Gifts that promise moments of indulgence are all the rage: any retailer looking to profitably expand their core product range will find a wide selection of giftable food products for every taste at Nordstil Sommer. From 27 to 29 July, a host of new exhibitors as well as established taste makers will tempt visitors on two levels in hall Hall B1 to order with relish.

Cultural heritage, the best terroirs and state-of-the-art production methods are combined in the wines of Kloster Eberbach to create a special treat. Artisanal wines from steep vineyards and organic cultivation characterise new exhibitor Rinke-Weine. With the presence of the two Nordstil novices from the Rheingau and the Mosel, the Buddelhelden in Hall B1 ground floor underline their expertise in wine. New exhibitor ODE International from Berlin also serves fun by the glass with their natural essences for aperitifs with a twist. Wollenhaupt Tee will be presenting fairly produced tea specialities at Nordstil. First-time exhibitor Herz & Gewürz promises indulgence with a clear conscience, combining delicious sauces with sustainable entrepreneurship. Siblings Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer are taking high spirits to the fairgrounds, literally, as their start-up NORK for schnapps is enjoying a growing popularity. Additionally, they will be bringing liqueurs and a good story with each of their products to the trade fair.

Exhibitors such as Gourmet Berner and Greenomic Delikatessen are going to spice up the fair with their deli assortments that flatter the eye and palate with sophistication, originality and an appealing packaging. Deligreece challenges your use of oils and brings the best of olives from the Aegean to the Alster. Spice sommelière Hanna Waidmann from Waidmann Feinkost will whet the appetite of Nordstil visitors with a range of seasoning and flavouring products. With themed sets, vinegar and oil specialities, spices and mustard from Wajos, gift-giving is pure pleasure. The creations from Delikatessenwinkel, which are also available as sets and starter packs, are original and delicious. The handmade confectionery that Gmeiner, a Frankfurt-based family business, brings to the fair is not just eye candy. The family-run companies IMV Spezialitäten and CMF-Produkte Keller with the Goufrais brand are also committed to traditional craftsmanship and the highest quality, and their sweet creations make gift-giving a pleasure.
