10 years of Nordstil: Strong start into the anniversary season
A large number of exhibitors and visitors, a wealth of new products for the coming seasons and a good ordering mood characterised the anniversary edition of Winter Nordstil: 752 exhibitors from Germany and abroad met around 13,500 buyers  who were inspired by product worlds of new quality and variety. The Nordstil Forum provided practical expert knowledge to equip buyers for challenging times. The fringe programme focused on the newly introduced sustainability programme Ethical Style, trends at the PoS, best-practice examples to combat the shortage of skilled workers and tips on digital presence and provided answers to current questions in the industry.
Strong start into the order season: Nordstil anniversary edition 2024 with a wealth of new products for retailers
With a focus on retailers in Northern Germany and the neighbouring countries, the regional consumer goods trade fair Nordstil has established itself as a fixed format in the industry. To mark its tenth anniversary in 2024, Nordstil is making a powerful start: with 752 exhibitors from 23 countries, it will open the order season in the north in Hamburg on 13 January. For three days, exhibitors from Germany will be joined by companies from all over Europe as well as Turkey. Exhibitors from further afield come from the USA and New Zealand. What they all have in common is that they bring decorative and useful products that make the home and garden more beautiful, life more enjoyable and everyday life easier. For the birthday edition of Nordstil, the number of new products is particularly high.
Hotspot in the north: Nordstil's popular special areas score with new brands and fresh PoS trends
The countdown has started: Winter Nordstil will take place in Hamburg from 13 to 15 January 2024. For the anniversary edition of the regional order fair, the popular special areas will present exciting new exhibitors, innovative products and new trends: the successful area Anleger is entering its second round and will be the meeting place for new brands and returning exhibitors in Hall B4.GF this time. Creative designs and local manufacturers await visitors at the Nordlichter area in Hall A3, and the Nordstil Village offers plenty of space for fresh ideas for the point of sale.
New Special Interest Ethical Style by Nordstil: These products and manufacturers are taking part
Starting with the 2024 winter edition and thus to mark its 10th anniversary, Nordstil is introducing the special interest Ethical Style in line with the leading Frankfurt consumer goods fairs Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld. This means that the order fair in the north of Germany is focussing more strongly than ever before on the topic of sustainability. The Special Interest recognises exhibitors with particularly environmentally friendly and ethically produced products. In this way, Nordstil provides retailers with guidance on the topic of sustainability and brings together supply and demand in a targeted manner. Which exhibitors will be at the fair? An independent jury of international experts has now made its decision.
Nordstil Forum: valuable industry knowledge and practical tips
What are the trends for the upcoming season? What topics are retailers focusing on? And how can retailers meet the current challenges facing the industry? The Nordstil Forum in Hall B1.EG will provide answers to these questions: on all three trade fair days, renowned speakers will present cutting-edge topics, exciting best practices, trends and creative tips for the POS.
In the spotlight: Trend Islands and store tour provide creative impules for the point of sale
They set the tone for the upcoming season: the Trend Islands adjacent to the Nordstil Forum in Hall B1.EG show retailers which trends will be relevant. The special area curated with exhibitor products provides creative ideas – whether for the design of exciting (additional) product ranges or for the staging of shop windows. The guided store tour through Hamburg on the Saturday of the fair will provide new inspiration for original store concepts.

At the upcoming Nordstil from 13 to 15 January, children's fashion and accessories will be well represented, as will toys. It sparkles and shines at the Winter Nordstil in Hamburg: Whether timeless fine jewellery classics, eye-catching costume jewellery, trendy leather accessories or sustainable fashion textiles – Hall B7 at Nordstil is a veritable treasure trove of decorative accessories and textile trends. From 13 to 15 January, the Jewellery & Fashion area will present exciting (new) exhibitors and returnees. With its extensive range of accessories, jewellery and fashion, Nordstil is the most diverse consumer goods fair in Germany.

Happy Birthday, Nordstil! The popular trade fair in the north will celebrate its tenth anniversary next year. For the winter edition from 13 to 15 January 2024, numerous first-time exhibitors, strong returnees and new highlights will present themselves at the exhibition grounds in Hamburg. For the first time at the winter edition, Nordstil introduces the special interest Ethical Style and thus sets a clear focus on sustainability.
Collaborative, business-building, profitable: Summer Nordstil is a fixed order date in the North
It is the hub in the north: The industry met again in Hamburg for this year's Sommer Nordstil from 22 to 24 July. More than 9,000 visitors were inspired by new products and exciting ranges for the coming autumn, winter and Christmas season. 600 exhibitors from 21 countries and a jam-packed event programme invited visitors to stock up on expertise, track down trends, network and place orders.
Energetic start to the new business season - exuberant order joy dominates Winter Nordstil 2023
14,500 visitors were delighted with the creative product worlds and original and modern approaches of the 720 exhibitors from Germany and abroad. On the trade visitor and exhibitor side, the order fair recorded very high satisfaction ratings. The Nordstil Forum provided valuable impulses on current topics such as sustainability and digitalisation. The retail trade in the north is thus well prepared for successful, sustainable business in the coming months.
