With the GenussGipfel, Nordstil has gained one of the most important networking platforms in the German delicatessen industry. The renowned event attracts up to 100 international exhibitors and around 400 trade visitors every year - and will be held alongside Nordstil Winter in Hamburg.
New synergies for suppliers and trade visitors
As a meeting place for wine and spirits suppliers, delicatessen retailers, confectionery producers and gourmet food specialists, the GenussGipfel brings the gourmet industry together. Exhibitors benefit from direct access to highly qualified trade visitors with purchasing and decision-making expertise. Trade visitors from the delicatessen retail trade, the catering trade, the specialist wine trade and independent supermarkets can expect a curated product selection and first-class networking.
Registration for the GenussGipfel 2027 will open in early July.

Organiser & Cooperation
