GenussGipfel: Delicatessen meets retail trade

With the GenussGipfel, Nordstil has gained one of the most important networking platforms in the German delicatessen industry. The renowned event attracts up to 100 international exhibitors and around 400 trade visitors every year - and will be held alongside Nordstil Winter in Hamburg for the first time from 2026.

As a meeting place for wine and spirits suppliers, delicatessens, confectionery producers and delicatessen specialists, the GenussGipfel brings the gourmet industry together. Organiser & Cooperation

Messe Frankfurt will take over the organisation of the GenussGipfel as part of Nordstil for the first time in 2026. Both partners have decades of experience in event organisation and are pooling their expertise to provide new impetus for the delicatessen industry.
