Messe Frankfurt will bring the established GenussGipfel (Gourmet Summit) to Nordstil Winter for the first time from 10 to 12 January 2026. The eagerly awaited debut enriches the fair with tasteful inspirations that boost assortments and create added buying incentives – yet another compelling reason to attend. Previously organised by Corpus Culinario e.V. and the EHI Retail Institute, GenussGipfel has long been considered a premier industry highlight for fine foods, wines, spirits and gourmet delicacies. It provides a tailored platform for networking, inspiration, and showcasing premium products, culminating in the popular "Product of the Year" and "Delicacy of the Year" awards, alongside an exclusive evening event on the first day.
