In Halls B1.EG and B1.OG, visitors will once again find delicacies, fine foods and stylish tableware. Among the exhibitors in the kitchen and gourmet segment are Wajos with innovative vinegars and oils, Gourmet Berner with a broad selection of delicacies, and Tee Maass with premium tea specialities. Ja-unendlich brings hand-picked gift ideas, while Brüssel Steel showcases high-quality kitchen products.
Right next door, in Hall B2.OG, the GenussGipfel makes its Nordstil debut on Sunday and Monday, 11 and 12 January. Well ahead of the early-bird deadline on 10 October, numerous renowned companies had already confirmed their participation – including American Heritage, Demmel & Cie, Fangst, Laux and Zotter Schokolade. Together they stand for gourmet experiences that enrich assortments and appeal to a nationwide professional audience.
“Nordstil is the trend platform of the North: here we bring together a comprehensive range across all consumer goods segments and give the trade impulses for the coming season. With the GenussGipfel, we are also placing a strong spotlight on gourmet products – a segment that is becoming increasingly important for both retail and the hospitality industry,” explains Susanne Schlimgen, Show Director Nordstil.
Extending the gourmet theme, Hall B1.EG offers further highlights: the Buddelhelden area brings together wines and spirits where each bottle tells its own story, while the Trend Islands stage current styles and provide practical tips for point-of-sale presentation. The Nordstil Forum adds another dimension with a full programme of hands-on talks across all three days of the fair.
Rethinking the art of giving
Halls B1.EG to B4.EG are dedicated to gifts and stationery. Visitors can discover everything from creative writing instruments and notebooks to stylish gift ideas, souvenirs, games and toys. Highlights include Depesche with colourful collections, the Herforder Werkstätten with hand-crafted products from inclusive workshops – including candles, felt objects, stationery, small home accessories and furniture. Faber-Castell presents premium writing classics, while Coppenrath, Moses, Goldbuch and Grafik Werkstatt add further assortments that bring diversity and inspiration to the point of sale. The Anleger in Hall B3.EG expands the offering with new concepts from across all product areas, giving a foretaste of the variety also found in the A Halls.
Halls A3 and A4 spotlight style and design. Exhibitors include Skinwille from Sweden with fine lambskin products, Gry & Sif from Denmark with Fair Trade felt figures, and Good old friends from Germany with creative gift ideas. Looplabb from the Netherlands adds contemporary design, while the brand Mari&Anne combines inclusion and traditional craftsmanship. Also situated in Hall A3, the Nordlichter area gives young manufactories and creative start-ups a dedicated stage.
A world of variety to enjoy
Halls A2 and A1 will feature jewellery and fashion in greater diversity than ever. From international accessories and fine jewellery to fresh new labels, Nordstil reflects the dynamism and creativity of this sector. Among those exhibiting: Biba with international accessories, R. Klee Edelsteinhandlung with fine gemstone jewellery, Nikos Kalogeropoulos with hand-crafted creations and Umjubelt by Kokopelli with bold, characterful designs. Wan-Hong Janneschitz extends the line-up with hair accessories such as clips and headbands, while Hizkiahu Kupfer showcases jewellery in silver, leather and stainless steel. In addition, visitors to the Anleger in Hall A1 can expect a special fashion focus with exciting new labels and products.
In Halls A4 and A1, the focus is on home and garden. Exhibitors include Hoff-Interieur with decorative living concepts, Kaheku with stylish glass and candle highlights, and Porzellanfabriken Christian Seltmann with porcelain rooted in tradition. Posiwio, Ideal Home Range and Wohnmanufactur Grünberger add further accents for stylish interiors. The segment is enriched by Scandinavian flair: By Room from Denmark presents contemporary Nordic interior design, while Finnish brand By Pia’s Oy inspires with premium textiles and timeless elegance.
Nordstil Winter will take place from 10 to 12 January 2026.
Nordstil Summer will take place from 25 to 27 July 2026.
