Now in its 27th edition, Germany’s leading event for fine foods, delicacies and culinary specialities brings national and international exhibitors to Hamburg. As part of Nordstil, participants in the GenussGipfel benefit from direct access to trade visitors from concept stores, retail trade, the catering industry and specialist wine and spirit retailers. The synergies between the two formats create additional contacts beyond the immediate fine food sector. The wide variety of products on display invites visitors to discover, taste and compare them first-hand, creating opportunities for new contacts, concrete business leads and direct orders.
Participants will include Zotter Schokolade, Dream of Sweden with its sweet truffle specialities and festive confectionery, the Berlin-based Popkornditorei Knalle, and Ryan’s Specialities with its international gourmet products. The Delicacy of the Year will be awarded on Sunday by the Corpus Culinario association in the heart of the gourmet exhibition area. The award ceremony for the Product of the Year will once again take place on Monday on the busy stage of the Nordstil Forum.
